In the winter there are a huge amount of amazing ski- and scooter tracks on Skaidi.

Skaidi hotel

Skaidi hotel is right next to the crossroad on Skaidi. In addition to accommodation they have a restaurant, and they can arrange most events here. Right next to the hotel is a hut with a fireplace and bar. The hotel also has a pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

Skaidi Alpin

Skaidi Alpin is open from february until april. Here you will find slopes with easy, medium and hard difficulties. This is suitable for people in all ages and experiences. They also rent out skis and snowboards. Read more about Skaidi Alpin at skaidialpin.no

Skaidi Xtreme

Skaidi Xtreme is a mountain bike race arranged on Skaidi each year. Cycling enthusiasts from all over the world come here to participate - this is truly an extreme bike race! Getting to Skaidi

With car or bus
Skaidi is in the middle of the mainland and only accessible by road.

It takes approx. 1 hour with car to Skaidi from Hammerfest, Lakselv and Alta - and 2 hours from Honningsvåg/North Cape.

By plane
The closest airport is Hammerfest airport. It takes approx. 1 hour with car from the airport to Skaidi. Nærmeste flyplass er Hammerfest lufthavn, og det tar ca. 1 time med bil fra flyplassen til Skaidi.
Alta airport and Lakselv airport are the other closest airport and also takes about 1 hour with car from the airports.
